Throttle springs to the carburetor.
Looks like 4 quills but 2 of them are double and when you separate them they immediately separate and you get separate but identical quills. I simply used a large silver spring as an extra (outer) spring for my setup. It was actually too long, but I cut off half an inch and it works. Again, this is an external spring and I only need it as a backup for the main spring that I already had.
