Functionally hardly.
It does what it promises, but not for long. In practice this is a very big waste of toilet paper and the mechanism feels flimsy and doesn't hold up very well. In fact, the eject button got stuck the first time I used it and it took a while to get it back into place. If I hadn't bought it for temporary use, it would have been on the way back by now. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for a good one.
