Review on πŸ”ͺ The Original Magic Trio Peeler Slicers Shredders with Spiralizer, Julienne, Cutter, and Grater for Fruits and Vegetables: A Versatile Kitchen Helper by Shelby Webb

Revainrating 2 out of 5

These are not daily scrubs. I really don't know what they are.

My longtime regular Jane peeler went missing on a camping trip and when I saw the raving video of these peelers I thought hey, I can ALSO peel veggies and so much more! What's the price! As it turns out, I can't do more. I'm not even good at cleaning vegetables. I honestly don't know what these cleaners are good at. (I'm not saying this feature doesn't exist, but I haven't figured it out.) It's not fancy presentation, julienned, etc. It's just awkward. If you get this to replace your everyday vegetable peeler: Just grab your regular vegetable peeler or even your favorite paring knife and be thankful for the simple things in life. If you use these for your appetizer tray presentation game, I think you will be disappointed. And disappointment. As for cleaning. Scrubs and more (hopefully not your skin/nails) get stuck in sharp teeth and are a bit scary safe to clean, but you have to do it right away or it becomes even less useful as a scrub. . Or you need a better cook/dishwasher than me. On top of that, they're uncomfortable in the hand - and that comes from a left-hander who's spent his life adjusting to this unforgiving right-handed world. I really wanted it to be a life changing device despite being a minimalist device. But that's not the case. At least for me. Anyone want mine? I'm not sure I have the courage to even donate them. [sad forgiving trumpet]
