We like that we can send an email directly from this software rather than using different programs to complete these tasks.

It's very easy, friendly interface makes it simple even when you're new at sending emails or just learning how all of its features work together as one cohesive unit! I wish there was more customization options in regards to what type/brand vehicle information would appear after each field is filled out but maybe thats something they will add downthe road? Definitely give them try!! Sending invoices has become much easier since implementing their product into my business workflow. They have completely eliminated having multiple pieces of paper needed throughout this process which used to take me hours upon end because now everything goes through here instead; including tracking items being repaired vs those needing repair still under warranty via MyVINLookupTM database. As mentioned previously though - not enough.
