I like that this software allows us to quickly assign work orders, track them through completion and issue reports from any location using my mobile phone or laptop computer. It also has an excellent customer service team who can answer questions promptly. The only thing i dislike about it is how slow it takes to upload photos of jobs in progress. We like that we can send an email directly from this software rather than using different programs to complete these tasks. It's very easy, friendly interface makes it simple even when you're new at sending emails or just learning how all of its features work together as one cohesive unit! I wish there was more customization options in regards to what type/brand vehicle information would appear after each field is filled out but maybe thats something they will add downthe road? The ease of use, quick implementation time frame/cost savings are two main reasons we chose this software solution over other solutions in its class!
