The ease of use, quick implementation time frame/cost savings are two main reasons we chose this software solution over other solutions in its class! There's nothing that I dislike about it at all as far as functionality goes - very satisfied overall since implementing to date!! Nothing so much yet.
We've been able to reduce maintenance costs by an average $20K per year which has allowed us additional resources towards more important projects or initiatives within my organization.- Reductions have come from both preventative work orders being generated correctly & automatically vs manually entered into MSP Manager / PSA reports via Excel spreadsheets before hand. It also allows me access remotely through any device without needing VPN connection when accessing cloud data sources like MS SQL Server databases etc.. This enables greater flexibility during peak times where there may be less staff available than usual but still require remote support while not disrupting client operations.
