Review on Spinner Training Correction Improving Beginners by Adam French

There was absolutely no information in there... I had to go to YouTube for instructions on how to use it. It's a bit small/short for my hands...no way to adjust. I feel like it really works, but the lack of instructions and the poor fit make it difficult. I like the space but not the device itself. Spend a little more and get an adjustable model...maybe it comes with an instruction manual. I recommend the product but not this particular device...
