Incredible Product - TUBE HALF EMPTY

I was so excited when it arrived. I immediately popped it open and dropped someone off, only to be greeted by a huge cloud of frustration as a huge puff of air came out, showing the tube was mostly filled with air. It almost completely shrinks after a single use. I don't have big lips :(
