I like how it loads, much lighter than the Cuisinart it replaced - it was difficult to pour water in. Easy to use, coffee grinder works well. The problem is that he always pours the phrase into his coffee. Looking at their support, they say that they should use well-known branded filters to solve this problem. I use Melitta filters from Revain, a large filter manufacturer. After I'm done with the 600 I bought (in a few years) I'll try another one. I doubt I'll update that anyway. I think the filter basket is poorly designed and causing the problem. Otherwise it's great.
