This isn't my first Hamilton Beach, which means it's a second time I'm impressed that delicious coffee can be brewed without much Investing money in the car you need to save for those expensive beans. I'll have to experiment more with brewing options, including how much ground coffee to use for how many cups, but it's more about the grind than the brew. This maker seems easy to use, brews fast and is reliable.

I hate this coffee maker. It makes the worst coffee I've ever had, in fact I can't even taste COFFEE! I use a strictly dark roast and no matter how much coffee you put in the basket (it says 1 tablespoon per cup) and whether it's set to regular or full-fat. YOU WILL RECEIVE RELIEF WATER. I replaced a brand new, overpriced and poorly designed Cuisinart DCC-3200 which broke within a month and I love it! I only need the basics and the coffee comes out great. It's also easier to use than any other coffee maker I've tried. Definitely happy with my decision to purchase this one.
