Very difficult to use, incredibly slow
This is the worst backup drive I have ever seen. *very* difficult to understand how to use it; It's by far the most uncomfortable and least intuitive device I've ever owned. Also, backups take 3-5 times longer than any other drive I've used. I had to leave it overnight to get a full backup because it took so many hours. In comparison, my old Toshiba drive can back up my entire system in about 2 hours. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
