Have I just been scammed?
Bought once for my daughter, the formula is clear. We loved the smell and detangling so much I bought 3 bottles to have a supply ready. The outer packaging was fine but when I opened it the bottles were slick with leaked product and the labels were faded. at a few places. I really don't understand why the detangler is cloudy in two bottles and almost clear in the third. How can I use this on my daughter if I'm not sure if it's even a legal product? Heavily disappointed.
