Gel softens in water

Nail gel applies nicely and smoothly. When I held my nails under the light, they creased. They didn't look good and I covered each nail with stickers. Then they looked beautiful. Literally an hour after I finished building my nails, I washed the dishes and the gel started coming off. I put on the geisha top coat and to my great surprise it lasted 2 weeks. I tried a different color and encountered the same problem. I would like to return due to disappointment but upon return there was no option to return as I was unhappy with my purchase.

Made from natural resin, wears like a gel, has good durability.
