I received the product and followed the instructions that came with it. I used it once and it was great. It may take some getting used to for some people, as the metal pads on the back of the neck do not transmit messages but generate an electrical impulse. So it depends on the intensity level you set how much electrocution you can withstand. Well, with that being said, I used it once. It runs every 15 minutes. Use no more than twice in a row. I went to use it about a week later and thought the battery was dead so I charged it. After charging for some time when the LED didn't change, I tried to use it. It will not work. In the end I returned the product and refunded the money which they did without any problem. I would happily buy another one if it works properly. It has really reduced and relieved neck pain. So be careful, it works great when it works.
