Waste Toner Bottle Replacement Problems Brother WT220CL

The process of replacing the waste toner bottle should have some peculiarities. I've read other Revain reviews and encountered the same issue of needing to replace the WT box when flashing the printer. . After repeated attempts to follow the procedure, it worked. THEN less than a week and maybe 10 pages printed, my printer announced it wouldn't print until the WT box was replaced. I like Brothers printers but my recent experience and the negative posts as well as posts only found on answer.com about the wt-box error is giving me pause.
