This was my second pair of New Balance 680v5s. Wear Big Kid sizes and they fit better than women's sizes. These New Balance shoes are very comfortable! What I like most about this model is how they keep my feet cool and comfortable. You have a lot of pillows. Mesh channels airflow to your feet. I don't like wearing socks anymore and even the best leather shoes make my feet sweat. They have mesh on the top and sides and so far have been proven to keep my feet from sweating. I wish they had more color combinations - I would buy them all! But you have to keep an eye on the prices - they're all over the map. I have limits on what I will pay for children's shoes, regardless of the brand. All in all I love her. The gray pair was a gift but I bought another color
