And the title says no more than 20 ounces, right? So why the loss of a star? As far as I know all competitors with thousands of high reviews have a max capacity of 24 oz. After reviewing some popular protein shakes and their daily servings, I found that a typical serving size is around 600ml. It certainly fits in that blender bottle, but leaves no room for adding other ingredients to a normally flavorless base protein shake. I still gave it four stars because everything else about it seems to work well and is just pretty cool no matter what. I used to hardly allow myself ONE unhealthy meal a day. It doesn't take long to be satisfied and I'm used to making things work when they don't quite seem to work.
