Lactose Free Cool

I have a serious problem with dairy products, including whey. The whey concentrate and isolate can still give me bloating, acne, and bloating. If you can find a good price on Hydro, this brand is very good in terms of quality ingredients. I have a chocolatey taste, but it's chalky mostly from the lack of sweeteners, and I like savory things. Next time I'll try vanilla or regular. I use this post workout, don't take many supplements, just creatine and arginine and am still seeing great results.
