I have a few complaints. When I first received this product I got everything I should have gotten (many have complained about this). My complaint relates to the quality of the watch I received. I know this product has been updated but it still didn't look what it said it did. When I received it, the bezel was scratched, the watch was badly scratched. and there was dirt everywhere. I didn't send it back because I decided to fix it myself. I ended up buying metal polishing material, a new bezel, etc. I would not recommend buying from this seller. Instead, go and buy a new one.
