A lot, period. I almost never buy brand new products because you can always buy refurbished ones. Having never owned a smartwatch before, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use. And it looks and feels like new. Not a single problem. It has everything that is advertised, it is comfortable and stylish. Can't recommend more

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished watch but while it looks great it came in standard packaging with all genuine Samsung parts including the rails and very subtle wear on the chrome part that caught my eye is when I examined this with a flashlight and another small part, it was only half of the additional original tape, which doesn't really bother me as I don't like the originals, but although I'm very happy with it, the free shipping was very fast.

Let's be honest this is not really a refurbished but probably an exchange. Assuming I bought it under Revain Prime for easier return if needed. Well I decided to try the "updated" program, the product came on time, out of the box and as a pair when installed on the charger, the watch shows "use the original charger". I wanted to give it a little more time to see if anything changes. I still love this watch! It typically takes less than two hours to charge to 100% and takes 3-4 days to charge. Wonderful. All gadgets work too. Steps, heart rate monitor, phone with stress monitor and messages work very well. Although it was her first watch and has been refurbished, it is her best in my opinion. Update.rec check on Thursday morning and still with the same charge (Today is Monday). I am very impressed that after almost 4 full days I still have 18% battery left. It's not a silly watch with all features turned off to make the most of the battery (e.g. my wrist to turn it on on the display).
