Well I decided to try the "updated" program, the product came on time, out of the box and as a pair when installed on the charger, the watch shows "use the original charger". Great fake charger then I noticed the device didn't record any heart rate/step count at all, hard reset soft reset no luck I bought this to replace my fitbit. I've decided to get a replacement, hopefully it's rare from this vendor but we'll see. I will update when I receive a replacement. I just ordered bluetooth, it still says "use original charger" with the charger they sent, and the heart rate sensor and barometer sensor don't work when you go to the phone app on the watch and *#0* Type #, go to Galaxy watch TEST MODE where you can actually run diagnostics on all hardware. I will never order anything from Refurbished Amazon or from this provider, theoretically this program can be really great, unfortunately there are no quality assurance standards. I will return both watches I received and get a refund, what a waste of energy and time.
