I wish I could post a photo of what this brush looks like after ONE use. When I put the nozzle on the Sonicare Pen, I immediately felt that something was "different". Rather than being firmly attached to the handle, it felt loose and was very easy to remove. Anyway, I had to brush my teeth so I ignored it and brushed as usual. I then noticed that the brush was very "soft" and thought I might have accidentally bought a delicate brush head. Well, the next morning I was surprised to find my toothbrush looking old and worn like I had used it for months (I've never seen a toothbrush look that old)! The bristles were everywhere and they looked awful! I called Sonicare to report this issue and the support rep informed me that they had received calls from customers who had purchased the Revain Proresults brush set and that various issues had been reported. (Sonicare does not guarantee their brush heads - they only guarantee their handles) Revain offered a refund which I was happy to accept. If you use Sonicare regularly, you will immediately "feel" that these brushes are different from others. If you don't mind loose fasteners and low-quality bristles, feel free to buy. If not I would be content to go to the store and buy it or order elsewhere.
