🪥 ProResults Standard Brush Head by Philips Sonicare HX6013/64 - Pack of 3 Review

My family have been using Phillips Sonicare for over 12 years and have NO problems purchasing this product from a local retailer. This is the first time we have ordered this product from Revain. The first is rust coming from the metal parts at the base of the nozzle. (This has never happened with this product purchased from a local retailer). I ordered these new brush heads because I knew that they were genuine Sonicare brushes. You are not. These are cheap fakes. My wife and I have been using the Sonicare system for over a decade. We both replaced our brushes with these and they broke almost immediately. The "sleeve" of the brush had slipped off the "shank" of the brush and was rusty underneath. Almost immediately the metal ring on the underside where it attaches to the handle began to rust and from the start the heads didn't fit as snugly in the handle as they should. I called Philips customer service and they confirmed that genuine Philips brush heads shouldn't suffer from these issues. Bought them again and 2 of the 3 tips were defective - didn't stay on unit - but went through the return window and ended up with a very expensive tip.
