Must be fake Fake

My family have been using Phillips Sonicare for over 12 years and have NO problems purchasing this product from a local retailer. This is the first time we have ordered this product from Revain. The first is rust coming from the metal parts at the base of the nozzle. (This has never happened with this product purchased from a local retailer). Second, we've only been using these Proresults brush heads for 2 weeks and the bristles are already worn down and fitting. (Again, this has never happened

Bad buy for electric toothbrushes & accessories

I ordered these new brush heads because I knew that they were genuine Sonicare brushes. You are not. These are cheap fakes. My wife and I have been using the Sonicare system for over a decade. We both replaced our brushes with these and they broke almost immediately. The "sleeve" of the brush had slipped off the "shank" of the brush and was rusty underneath. As I mentioned earlier, myself and a longtime user have never had this. They weren't much cheaper, so I was expecting real brushes. Buyers

Counterfeit product

Almost immediately the metal ring on the underside where it attaches to the handle began to rust and from the start the heads didn't fit as snugly in the handle as they should. I called Philips customer service and they confirmed that genuine Philips brush heads shouldn't suffer from these issues. God knows what other abbreviations they used in their production. stick to reality

Terrible packaging: oral care

Bought these for the first time and they were fine. Bought them again and 2 of the 3 tips were defective - didn't stay on unit - but went through the return window and ended up with a very expensive tip. Bought this again and they made the brush heads so tight you have to struggle with that. You need pliers to pull it off. The packaging is BAD. To open it you need a utility knife, strong scissors and gloves. Gloves because the plastic being cut is so sharp and hard you could seriously cut…

Counterfeit Oral Care Best in Toothbrushes & Accessories

Total Fake. This is not an original product but looks like an original. Comparing two boxes, one from GeekTrans (maybe they don't even know it's fake) and one from Philips, you can see a lot of details that suggest it's a copy of the original product: color rendering is different, color transitions are different, text partially edited with different fonts, images without details, such as the tips of the bristles in the image. The plastic box is also slightly different (for a fake, the box is a…

CHEAP COUNTERFEIT - BEWARE!

The box said Phillips Sonicare Pro Results but I doubt these were real results as the bristles were too short and thin and the plastic part with those short soft bristles kept banging on my teeth. Throw them out and buy new ones from the store as it's not worth saving a few bucks and you might end up damaging your teeth. I have been using this model of toothbrush for over 7 years so I have an idea of what to expect from replacement brush heads and it has been a real disappointment. Update: The…

Not satisfied with the quality, refund requested

Compare with the nozzle that came with the toothbrush. They are not exactly the same. For example, the phrase "Pro Results" doesn't look authentic. In general, they feel different, do not match, are not of the same quality. I will return them if I can. Update: After requesting a refund through Revain, the Chinese seller was quick to respond and offered a full refund. They said that these products are ordered directly from the "manufacturer" and that I was the first to claim it was a "fake"…

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some small things

I wish I could post a photo of what this brush looks like after ONE use. When I put the nozzle on the Sonicare Pen, I immediately felt that something was "different". Rather than being firmly attached to the handle, it felt loose and was very easy to remove. Anyway, I had to brush my teeth so I ignored it and brushed as usual. I then noticed that the brush was very "soft" and thought I might have accidentally bought a delicate brush head. Well, the next morning I was surprised to find my…

Two Too-Tights - A Big Design/Quality Control Issue?

2 out of 3 brush heads do not fit the Philips Sonicare HX6511/50 toothbrush. The fit is too tight and requires a strong, uncomfortable grip when the brush head makes contact with the toothbrush to remove it. If you try to remove the brush head by pulling the neck, it will split in two, leaving the brush base firmly attached to the toothbrush. I have a stronger grip on my fingers than most (I can bend the cap of a beer bottle by pinching it between my index finger and thumb), but I have to use a
