dull, shaky picture quality
I had an old computer that I turned on for my kids. The converter was needed to use my old monitor, unfortunately the picture quality was not very good. There was also vibration or shaking in the picture. I've used this monitor before and remember the picture was good so I assume it's the user's fault. Generally mediocre product.
