I like that it helps with my analytics so i can keep track of what is going well in terms or not working as expected for me customers to see more information about them selves which they would then use if needed when booking flights etc..it's very userfriendly also great customer service but sometimes could be better at keeping you up date via emails during busy periods (such holidays). It does help us understand our clients needs from there we plan out future trips/plans together ensuring each client gets exactly how much time / money he requires! Which means less mistakes being made meaning happy satisfied client! Also makes sure all staff are informed correctly regarding holiday schedules ect therefore no issues arise such as missing someone off site due too lack knowledge!! This has really helped boost business especially after Xmas period where everyone wants an early start before New Years comes around!! We've managed lots since this system was put into place now its helping make things even easier than previously done.
