Beautiful design carpet. I should have read the size description better.
small. It was my fault for not reading the product details better but I was expecting the mat to be a standard size of 8 1/2" x 11" but it is actually around 6" x 6". That works great. My son accidentally put the tip of a 3D pen on the mat while working on his design for about 2 minutes and it didn't melt or deform at all. Very good quality and the templates are great for creating basic shapes which can then be assembled into objects.
