Review on Immerse Yourself with Google Cardboard Valencia - Premium Quality 3D VR Virtual Reality Glasses by Jennifer Norris

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Everyone, please calm down.

I hate seeing products with tons of one star reviews because people have ridiculously high expectations. One would think that customers would have invested a lot of money in this product. First, to date, there is exactly one review of the $14.99 VR 3D glasses. There is exactly one Google Cardboard V2 test for $14.36. The remaining 101 reviews are for the $6.99 Google Cardboard Valencia Quality 3D VR Glasses. Over a quarter of reviews are 1 or 2 stars, and the "most helpful" review is typical: whining about something totally inappropriate. Doesn't this box have a headband? Did you look at the pictures at the top of the page? If you did this you would see that there is no headband in sight and the description says nothing else. Second, I'm not sure how legitimate it is to complain about the lack of instructions as my son was able to put this together and get it up and running in about 2 minutes. The photos above literally show how to put it together. Third, it's so much fun! I hope potential customers aren't put off by all the negative reviews because once you start looking at them you feel the need to click on every part of the app. I visited the Louvre! I heard about Marie Antoinette! I could see in all directions, up and down. When I was a kid we had a ViewMaster with circular slides. 3D definitely! At the moment it is ViewMaster's bestseller: the View-Master Virtual Reality Starter Pack. It retails for $29.99, but you can get it for $17.14 with Prime. This proven item is ten times better than the old toy. If you're paying less than $7 for something, why would you expect the product to cost three times as much? Here's Revain's bestseller, the Samsung Gear VR, a virtual reality headset for almost $100. If you want a higher quality cardboard Google VR kit, you'll have to pay twice what the item in question is worth. Revain's bestseller for $16.99: Google Cardboard Kit by D-scope Pro Virtual Reality 3D Compatible with Android and Apple Easy installation instructions 45mm machine-cut quality lenses HD Visual Experience includes QR codes I think we should consider what You get what you pay for, and it's no offense when you understand that the lower the price, the lower your expectations should be. This 3D device is really cool. This can inspire us to buy a much more expensive device, so this is a good first step. But it's good for its purpose.
