Bought the train and includes the product and sent it for testing prior to installation 1- no way to set the actual measurable distance from the collar. stop the dog. So I decided to route the wire and adjust the width from there. 2- The beep, vibration and "pop” can be heard 10 feet from the cable and 3 feet from the cable, not quite when the width is set to 3. I've tried different widths and they all didn't work properly. If any value is above 6, it keeps turning off in my house 50ft from the wire. The distance from the wire was not constant and not the same every time in the same place. 4- Directions were easy to read but not detailed enough. Was very alarmed when my house went on non-stop and I had no instructions on what to do. 5- called the phone number. Explained my problem. The woman was very friendly and respectful but had no idea. She told me that she would immediately call a specialist. 48 hours later I write this review and send it back. The fence scared me to death. No matter what I did, the fence was unstable. The fact that this happened in my house is appalling. The wire was far from my house. I want you to call back and explain why this happened. At the moment I do NOT recommend that you purchase this product unless you want your dog to be accidentally electrocuted and able to escape the yard.
