Easy setup works great but remote only works on 2 of 3 collars and fence works on all 3 if it wasn't for the remote I would give 5 stars

Ordered about 1 year ago with 3 collars. Collar 2 no longer beeps or vibrates while Collar 3 only does so intermittently. The fence seems to be holding up, the collars are unreliable.

There were problems with the first transmitter. It basically fell apart. I called customer service and had the BEST customer experience I have ever had with a lovely lady named Pam. She apologized and sent a new channel and it works great. Now the system works as advertised.

Bought this system last year, worked right out of the box. After about 6 months the remote control is connected to 2 of 3 collars. And now, after less than a year of ownership, the collars don't respond to the fence about 80% of the time. My dogs have escaped my property by literally just crossing a line. Save your time and money and choose a better system, this system will not last long because of the price.

Bought and installed this system. Two of the three collars work great. The third collar doesn't fit. I've watched countless videos from the manufacturer's site and YouTube with no success. Also, the packaging was terrible. The box itself had to be repackaged by the carrier as the bottom fell out of the original packaging. None of the parts were organized or packaged together. Generally very sloppy. Looks like I got one that was either returned or bought and resold.

I am so confused. We installed it in our garden today and we love the combination of my lab and a dog that runs after everything. BUT after a while it wasn't shocking anymore as they followed the wire to the point where it met the road. Then I sit in the living room and hear the collar vibrate constantly. Just sit in the living room? To top it off, our third collar in the set we purchased does not sync. I just hope they send me two new collars because $317 and a whole yard already dug up isn't…

Bought the train and includes the product and sent it for testing prior to installation 1- no way to set the actual measurable distance from the collar. stop the dog. So I decided to route the wire and adjust the width from there. 2- The beep, vibration and "pop” can be heard 10 feet from the cable and 3 feet from the cable, not quite when the width is set to 3. The whole system is worth the money and hiring a $60-90 cable installer to install the I. Grounding I-cable takes 20 minutes to be good. We love the educational aspect of this system and the ease of use to get your dogs into your yard. The only major issues I have are with the collar devices and the main control box. I will solve small problems that quickly become big problems. Collar devices have a slight disadvantage as the rubber tab that goes over the charging port makes the devices…
