V1 and V2 comparison good for shaker

I have both V1 and V2; here is a comparison. V1 - original. Transparent matte bottle with a flat bottom, volume measurements on opposite vertical sides. I had a hard time seeing the gauge lines, so I put my most used ounce levels on them. never licks I've never had a problem with powder being left at the bottom after shaking, but I always add powder after liquid. Can be cleaned very well in the dishwasher. V2 - Probably an upgrade. The shape is almost the same as the original. The bottle is smooth in texture, more lustrous. There are 2 transparent strips on opposite vertical sides; one strip is blank, one has volume measurements. I feel like an empty streak is wasted real estate. You could also put volume measurements on the other side, which would save me having to turn the bottle over to see the measurements. The lower part of this version has a rounded inner bottom in which a steel ball is inserted. The rounded bottom is designed to prevent the powder from settling on the bottom in the form of a rectangular (rough) ring. I didn't have this problem since I add the liquid first. Cleans up well in the dishwasher, although the rounded base sometimes retains some water around the rim. Doesn't leak. The steel ball looks the same as V1. There's a little button on the top of the lid or something the V1 doesn't have. I don't need it and don't use it because I only use it at home. In general, functionally, they do the same thing. If you have problems with the powder ring on the ground and/or are traveling with a bottle I would recommend the V2. Otherwise V1 is fine. Consider the bottle texture preference and price. When I bought them the V2 was cheaper than the V1 for some reason. Hope this will be helpful.
