***Update 6/2/2021: The company contacted me after I posted this review to send a new seat. This process went smoothly. I've upgraded this to 3 stars as the chair is reusable. I would like to give it 2-3 months before refining it further as the original seat has not failed for a few months. I would raise this to four stars but the company stated in Amazon messages that they never received my email on their website. I was out of town and didn't respond to Amazon messages so I received an email reply to an email I sent to support on the Komene website. So it looks like they received the email I sent and decided not to respond until I posted this review and responded to Revain. That's why I'll probably never give that 5 stars even if the chair stays together this time. Original review: I really wanted to like the chair, it was really comfortable to sit in and easy to assemble. After less than 2 months the seat was slowly coming loose on one side and the brackets holding the side of the seat fell out. At the moment the support on the seat is sagging but this chair will probably fail in the next few days/weeks and I will have to buy a new chair. I'm at least 50 pounds under the weight limit for this chair so it's really disheartening that it's out in 2 months. I've tried contacting the manufacturer directly through their website but haven't received a response. I am very disappointed in this purchase and will look elsewhere for my next purchase.
