First of all I have to say that this is a great product, especially for people with visual impairments. My husband has been using it daily for several years. Pros: Five folders of files for quick access to the most commonly used data sources. Easy navigation with touch and LCD screen is a plus. ideal for visually impaired or blind users. Excellent sound quality for clear recordings. Long battery life, especially when battery saver turns off by itself. Easy to download to a computer or vice versa. The software was a bit redundant, so don't use it much, but it comes with supporting software, a strap, headphones, and more. The stereo microphone works like a charm on playback. All in all - a fantastic product! Still going strong after years of everyday use and one of the best products for people with visual impairments. Great for notes, study, work or even a grocery list. I can't be proud of this product. Worth every penny!
