I was wondering why the battery was not charging and saw a review that included a picture of the charger missing one of the pins. I have several Kimo tools and they work great. I bought this tool last winter intending to use it this summer. Well, not so much. However, I would like to get this replaced and do not see any method to contact the manufacturer. Here is a picture of the inside. Called Revain, they gave me a contact address for Kimo. Kimo has agreed to send a replacement charger. It should be here in 5-10 days.SMH, See the second attached image, Here is what was sent. Now, I get to go through the request process again! Makes me wonder about Kimo's quality control.Here we are 3-4 weeks later, lost track, and I finally got a replacement charger. In fact, I got a whole new buffer with charger, thanks to Revain. They decided if Kimo would not send me the charger they would just replace the whole buffer package.my thanks to the customer service a Revain.
