This device was bought with the hope of a sane vibrating alarm clock. So as not to wake up the family early. Hopes were not justified. The situation is very simple - if you "sleep", ie. slept normally, the duration of sleep is good and all the like - it will wake you up, there are no problems. But if you are a couple of three nights for 2-3 hours and tomorrow you have to get up exactly early - it’s better to put a Soviet alarm clock in a saucepan, this watch will not wake you up. The vibration motor is frankly weak, the alarm clock itself is very short and the fact that you can put a lot of them does not help. The pedometer does not register steps when the hands push the stroller in front of them, but the phone registers without problems. The app doesn't check its data with the Health app, although it can. The heart rate monitor can show both 40 beats per minute and 180, the readings with the chest diverge significantly. Really track "heart rate zones" with this watch will not work. Sleep control for show, awakening does not register at all. Sleep time is also very approximate. Summary: A waste of money, though not the biggest. The battery is good (notifications were not sent to the watch). Otherwise, the functionality was not in demand, I can’t say whether it is good or bad. I have no experience with other smart watches, but I would appreciate a tip on a model with a normal "hard" vibration.
