I've had many digital food thermometers but this will be my last. It is very accurate compared to what my brother, a former chef, passed on to me a few years ago. One feature of this thermometer that I find useful is the ability to press a button to freeze the reading so I don't have to put my hand over the grill to read the information on the display.
