I've had many digital food thermometers but this will be my last. It is very accurate compared to what my brother, a former chef, passed on to me a few years ago. One feature of this thermometer that I find useful is the ability to press a button to freeze the reading so I don't have to put my hand over the grill to read the information on the display. It also comes with a spare battery which is an added bonus. I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it. And I just realized that it's magnetic ❗️
