First I liked my beautiful and shiny license plate frame. It arrived exactly as described but the ranks cover my state of ARIZONA so I can't legally use it because Arizona law says we can't cover the "ARIZONA" portion on our license plates. However, after spending more than I wanted on a license plate holder, I felt I should at least ride it a little and take a risk. After a few weeks of driving a few gems fell off and the propeller cover fell off on the right side. Talk about inaction. Not only do I have no money, I can't legally use it and the quality isn't what I expected. It's too late to bring it back now. When purchasing, make sure your STATE name isn't covered by the ranks and hopefully your gems won't fall off and the screw cap stays in place.
