Well I'm very disappointed in this appliance, especially considering its price. I think the side panel isn't flush with the lid - it's some sort of manufacturing defect. The milk/foam problem is the biggest disappointment! It doesn't work at all and I've literally thrown 30 drinks at my store already. Also from the beginning the machine did not work. I cleaned all the parts over and over again and still had the same problem. It looks like the part of the foam system that attaches to the machine is not sealing properly. I don't know why as the device is new. I've even tried wiggling the foam unit and sometimes it closes and works, but let's be honest I don't have/need to do this every time I need a drink. I would not recommend this machine to anyone who needs a viable family/business unit.
