WASTE OF MONEY! I come back for several reasons!

Main reasons I hate, yes hate, this Blu-ray player 1) Terrible remote control. The buttons don't work unless you press them firmly, and even then they sometimes don't work. Buy a universal remote you say? THERE ARE NO UNIVERSAL REMOTE CONTROLS THAT WORK WITH THIS despite what the sellers may tell you. 2) Doesn't work with WEP, but it's not in the manual. I had to do a lot of research online to even remotely figure out how to connect it to the internet. Once I plugged it in I had a lot of persistent connection issues which may be due to this product's poor design, but I had no issues with my other connected devices. Hmmm. 3) The Netflix feature is terrible. If your connection drops, you'll have to reload the movie, start over, and press the fast-forward button for about 30 minutes as you near the end of the movie. Give me a break! The remote you have to use is terrible for Netflix users. 4) The menu is poorly organized and overall the player is just NOT user friendly. I will never buy Insignia again based on my experience with just one of their products. TERRIBLE DESIGN! What were they thinking? (I kept asking myself that out loud while trying to set it up. LOL)
