Review on Advanced Platinum Alkaline Water Ionizer Machine by Vijay Patel

This is an interesting product. Not cheap as expected, but still a costly investment. However, everyone expects to get FULL BENEFITS from their purchase. Pros: Compact and well made with quality parts (mostly) Produces alkaline, purified and acidic water at the push of a button (or two) Comes with all its own parts and fittings for a variety of installation options (may require purchase of additional parts for specific applications) Has a charming "Japanese female voice" confirming the selection and greeting the user (heavy but friendly accent makes me smile every time) Not Pro: Acid water draw max is pre-programmed at 3.6ph and tests (litmus) at 4ph A pH of 2.0 is required for optimal disinfection. The imprint on the dial is small, requiring reading glasses or a good memory for some of us (but if a mistake is made, the "voice of a Japanese lady" confirms the choice to remind you). Without being a plumber, it can take several hours to understand the instructions, details and optimal installation method. I am ashamed to admit that it took me almost 3 hours. But then it was a slow day. I've been told this is a great customer service company, but the call is taking longer than writing this review. lol
