This pump is perfect for BMW 2008 328i after replacing the quick connector (4 bolts). Save over $300 compared to an original BMW pump manufactured by the same company as this one.

When the catalytic converter is cold, highly injected air combusts with intentionally rich exhaust gas in order to bring the catalytic converter up to operating temperature quickly. Once the catalyst is heated, air is injected into the downstream location - the catalyst itself - to catalyze the unburned hydrocarbons.
