The KVAGO iPad Pro 11 inch Case with Keyboard 2021, Compatible with iPad Pro 11 inch (3rd Generation, 2nd/1st Gen) / iPad Air 5 2022/Air4, 7 Color Backlight - 360° Rotatable - Touchpad Keyboard Case (Black): Is a really great experience and is feature packed with solid performance for a great price. This is a keyboard type case for and iPad Pro 11” with multicolor backlight keyboard. Which is rare in Mac world, and refreshing. How bout some colored LEDs APPLE! come on, give it! Anyways Build materials are medium quality ABS, but very sturdy, and functionality is stellar. Closure of the lid triggers Smart Cover response and battery life is really good depending on brightness settings. But even at full back light it’s several days, if not a week or more. The swivel is tight and firm and works great. It does not feel flimsy. Also the case stays flat on the table, no matter the angle of the iPad. It is rather sturdy and works as it should. It very much makes your iPad feel like a laptop. There is a tab on the side for the pencil, however you can also attach the pencil magnetically to the iPad as normal. There are a variety of backlight colors, all being a gradient of one color way or another. There are no solid colors, and effects are limited to a handful of breathing animations and speeds. The color combos are pleasing and very nice and my only real complaint is that the battery saver is aggressive, and turns off the backlight too fast, but hey… battery life. It comes back on instantly upon touching a key. So. how are the keys? Better than my MacBook pro butterfly keys that’s for sure. Honestly though, it’s a very good slim keybed. Works very very well. I’m typing this review on it. Keys might be a bit closer than I’m used too, but overall it’s a pretty darn great typing experience. The same can be said of the track pad. In most apps and in the system it works great. Some apps, chrome being one of them, are not optimized for trackpads on iOS quite yet. Overall it works quite well but your app experience will very with the track pad. Bluetooth connection works well and usually pairs pretty fast. As I said, typing and trackpad are fairly flawless experiences with no lag. Again this thing makes your iPad feel like a tiny laptop. My only ding to the system at all, is the back panel to the iPad holder, and really the ABS body as whole, is not quite APPLE standard. It is, a very nice PC standard though, and does not, in any way, feel, or look cheap. However it’s of medium, materials quality, with a solid build quality, with great engineering, and very, very solid functionality, and performance, at a really great price. Agin the keybed feels very good to me, but I’m not a keyboard nerd. I have 0 complaints about functionality, that can’t be attributed to apps. Some apps at the time of writing this, respond to touch better than clicks. Chrome is so so, the overall iPad echo system works very well. Overall I think this type case is well worth the asking price. It functions very well, is a nice typing experience and has cool colors. There are other interesting type cases out there, but few deliver such a solid experience at this price point. It functions above it’s price, and has it’s own cool look. Even if that’s not quite the APPLE look. And hey that’s a good thing, because the greatest thing about the iPad, is how it changes based on it’s accessories. This is a very useful, fun, and functional accessory. I for sure recommend looking at this if you are looking for a solid type case for your iPad Pro 11” at this price point. The case is very solid and offers allot for the asking price.
