I like that it has an easy interface for clients, they can access it from anywhere as long as they have internet connection! It also allows me to send reminders which helps my coaching schedule run smoothly. There are some features in this platform that still need improvement such as the time tracking system, there should be more customization options available when creating new tasks/tickets. Also sometimes certain information gets lost or outdated (e.g. client info) so the next coach will not know who their client was if no one filled out all required fields. We use this platform to keep our coaches' schedules organized, we have made great progress using this tool. The ease of scheduling meetings with multiple people at once. The best thing about Insala Coaching is that it allows you to keep track of all your clients. You can also send them reminders for their appointments, which is great! I have no complaints with this app at all. It has been very helpful in keeping track of my clients. It is easy to use and makes things so much easier. We are able to easily communicate with our clients as well.
