Obviously needed!
Bad Quality! Rather disappointed with this purchase. The puncher is obviously used, dirty and the blade is a bit dull. You can see the imprint of the paper sheet through the dirt on the bottom, which is a big sign it's been used before. The package was opened and in poor condition. It CUTs 2 inch long ovals, but the edges of some of them are ragged (again, dull blade). Abrasion and tearing are very noticeable on my softer, more pliable specialty paper, but fortunately better on classic cardstock. Based on my experience with punching, I expected the specialty paper to be a bit more difficult to cut. but it is funny.
