Nice With Issues

I ordered two of these exhaust tips; one came with clamps, bolts and nuts - the other came with clamps, bolts and NO nuts. The description states that the product is suitable for pipe up to 2 1/4 inch diameter without welding. With clamps, bolts and nuts attached to the ferrule, it is not possible to mount the ferrule onto 2 1/4" tubing. Will I send them back? Oh no; for the purchase price, shipping will be the same. I will just weld the tips to the exhaust pipe I would like to note that they are nice and well finished.
