I bought a very large one and wear it for gardening, tennis and pickleball. I had one knee replaced and the surgeon said my X-ray warranted replacing the other. I wear these braces on someone else. When I first applied it I felt very good. I wore it for about 6 hours cleaning leaves and working at the pool. This worked very well, although towards the end of this time the tightness started to hurt. The cushion works well when you are on your knees to reduce stress on the patella. I've been wearing it to tennis ever since and it works great. It holds up well and looks unlike any other knee brace I've used.
