You get what you pay for

It is definitely better than to have nothing. However, there are more specific ones. That fits the requirements well. It comes with a decent length of cable to connect a humidity sensor and a temperature sensor. It has more than just suction cups and clips. It also has a magnetic backing which is very helpful. The only problem. Actual temperature and humidity are slightly different, +-5*.
