The included pry tool is required to install the TPMS sensor.

I was replacing a TPMS sensor and found the lever valve tool extremely useful for both removing the old valve stem and installing a new stem with the TPMS sensor attached. Use a block of wood or a rubber mallet as a pivot to pry the old valve out of the rim. The fish-shaped tool was used to start the TPMS installation and was switched to a pry tool to finish seating the valve stem in the rim.
