The best part about this service was definitely its cost effectiveness for what we were getting out it! I would say there are some minor glitches but nothing major at all because they have been quick enough responding when issues arise or questions come up (such as billing).
We used them mainly from home so having things like internet connectivity wasn't an issue - however if you're working outside your office then maybe other problems may occur such being wifi etc which could be costly depending where u r located / country? They also don’t offer any discounts unless paid by certain companies/organisations eg NHS trusts & charities.
