Pops corn fairly well but has a few annoying design flaws: 1. Bowl and lid get very hot and you really need oven mitts to safely toss popcorn into another bowl (to mix with melted to mix butter and salt).2. The top cap handle is poorly designed, it is almost impossible to take it with gloves, and it is too hot without gloves.3. There are no wider areas on the rim of the bowl for easier to store the popcorn in another bowl.4. Popcorn sticks to the sides of the bowl as it cooks (because of the static electricity building up between the hard plastic and the corn?), even if the bowl is spotlessly clean you have to physically brush the kernels into the other bowl with your hand the emergence.
