Review on Logitech G G603 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse, Black by Mateusz Jamroz ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm very happy with the product, it's very satisfying.

For many years I didn’t want to take a wireless rodent, I was afraid of the delay and the operating time. Models like g403 have already been deprived of this lag, but the operating time is still very good. few. To understand the background, my last mouse is g502. G603 A mouse with a simple design, without rubber, which is always eaten out by fingers, on AA batteries, acceptable weight. only one battery can be used. A sensor that Log. claims is comparable to the PMW3366 I've been using lately. The mouse works 45 days for 5-6 hours in the maximum production mode. There are no questions about the sensor, the separation height is literally 0.2-0.5 mm larger than that of the g502, and it is still extremely small. Acceleration was not noticed, to be honest, I don’t see any difference at all, I play quake, sc2. The shape, combined with the lack of rubber, I would say, has not been finalized a bit. At first, the mouse wanted to slip out of my hand, but I adapted quickly enough. Slightly upset the distance between the left and right mouse buttons. Still, it is more comfortable when the buttons go around the wheel and converge towards the end. Not critical, but. After g502, the wheel seemed comfortable for gaming. Although I have not yet had to change the battery as needed, it is done in 4-6 seconds, but I think the drivers will warn you in advance, although the presence of built-in memory allows you not to use them. In fact, instead of the battery compartment, the upper casing of the mouse is removed, which is on magnets. Very fast. Sliding seemed to be an unpleasant moment. On the g502, I made metal legs out of coins, with them slow movements were very smooth. However, even before this procedure, g502 showed itself better in this regard. This is due to the material or shape of the legs, I still don’t understand, I’ll probably try to order fluoroplastic ones with Ali or make custom ones from metal. Perhaps you will feel the creaking of the casing against the case, not a problem, but still. If you are a fan of competitive gaming and have been afraid of wireless mice before, it's time to give it a try. I won't go back to wire.

Pros
  • Very long running time. There is no rubber in any of its manifestations. (I’m changing my review after a couple of years. - they still stuffed an inconspicuous coating on the sidewalls, which after a year “ate a little”. Compared to other mice, this is nonsense, it looks very good after two years) Excellent sensor Possibility to connect via bluetooth
Cons
  • Very average slip. Do you have questions about ergonomics? For some people, the upper casing creaks against the body.
